Upstate New York based Festival Cinema Invisible (FCI) continues its series of matching rarely screened international films with live music, international food and visual art at Proctor’s GE Theatre on Thursday, February 6th at 7pm.

    7pm

    The night will begin with a performance of instrumental international music from the Korisoron Trio followed by a rare screening of two short documentaries from Iran:

    – Scorpio
    – Fire Bread and the Old Man

    Farzad Golpayegani one of the guitarists from KoriSoron will be presenting some of his recent paintings and drawings at the event and will be at the screening to engage in a Q&A style discussion on making music in Iran with FCI President Mahmood Karimi-Hakak.

    The evening also features Persian style tea and sweets.

    Admission is $10.
