Vedat Oyan was born in 1993 in the Silvan district of Diyarbakir. He completed his first five years of education in Silvan and completed his secondary education in Istanbul. In 2014, he attended the Euphrates University in Elaz1g studying in the Radio Television and Cinema Department. After completing the first year of the university he has continued on to Akdeniz University.
