Born in 1982 in Tehran, received his Bachelor degree in cinema Soureh Institute of the Arts in 2006, and a Master of Cinema Studies from Tehran Art University in 2009. He has made 23 short fiction, experimental and documentary films and won prizes from national and international festivals. He has been a member of Iranian short film association since 2007, and has taught cinema at Iran Youth Cinema Society Film School. He is presently working his first feature.
