Massimiliano Molinas has a background in Political Science, international Relations and Security. As an Italian Government officer, he took part in several U.N.O., E.U. and national commitments in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, developing numerous civilian-military cooperation programs.
He has been included in the Scientific Council of the University of Cagliari (Faculty of Political Sciences) for the International Security and Human Rights Course.
